# Delibra — full description

Delibra (from "delibrate") is a web service at https://askdelibra.com that validates startup and business ideas with a panel of multiple AI models instead of a single chatbot.

## What problem it solves
A single AI model gives one framing, and founders tend to anchor on the first answer they get. Delibra runs several different models on the same idea, keeps them independent at first, and then shows where they agree, where they disagree, and what is still unproven, so the founder knows what to test with real customers before building.

## Models on the panel
Current catalogue: GPT, Claude, Gemini, DeepSeek, Grok, Llama, Mistral. Users choose which models sit on their panel, up to the reviewer count of their plan. Model availability can change as providers release new versions.

## How a run works
1. The user describes their idea and picks a plan and reviewers, then pays via Razorpay.
2. Round 1: every selected model reviews the idea independently and cannot see the others.
3. An anonymised digest of the round-1 opinions is produced (model names removed).
4. Round 2: each model sees only the digest and says whether it revises or holds its view.
5. A moderator classifies points as consensus (held before any peer reveal, strong signal) or emerged (only after the digest, weaker signal) and identifies the single main disagreement with a concrete way to resolve it using real customers.
6. An analyst pass produces the 12-point report.
7. The PDF is assembled locally from the collected data. It does not call any AI model, so downloading it uses no additional tokens.

## FAQ
**What is Delibra?** A multi-model AI panel that reviews a startup idea and produces a 12-point validation report and PDF.
**Can it tell me if my startup will succeed?** No. It shows where informed AI opinions agree and diverge and what to test. Outputs are opinions, not predictions.
**How is it different from asking ChatGPT?** It runs several models independently, then structures agreement and disagreement, and separates strong signal from opinions that changed after seeing peers.
**Which AI models are included?** GPT, Claude, Gemini, DeepSeek, Grok, Llama, Mistral.
**Does the PDF cost extra AI tokens?** No. It is generated from the data already collected during the run.
**Is my idea stored?** Ideas are sent to third-party AI providers via OpenRouter for processing; see the privacy page. Do not submit confidential information.

**Can I get a refund?** If a run fails after payment, the payment stays valid so you can retry. If you paid but could not get a report, email pp.techlabs@gmail.com with the payment ID within 7 days for a full refund. **How long are ideas kept?** Ideas and reports are held in server memory for up to two hours so the PDF can be downloaded, then discarded. They are not written to a database.
