Privacy Policy
Delibra (https://askdelibra.com) is a web service that sends your startup idea to a panel of AI models and returns a report. This page explains what we collect and who else touches it. Contact for anything here: pp.techlabs@gmail.com.
What we collect
- Your idea and choices: the idea text, the plan and the reviewers you select.
- Report data: the panel's responses and the report generated from them.
- Payment records: Razorpay order ID and payment ID, plan, currency, amount, and timestamps, stored in our database (Supabase) so we can confirm payments, prevent a payment being used twice and handle refunds. Card, UPI and bank details are entered into Razorpay's checkout and never reach our servers.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and request logs, used for rate limiting, security and debugging.
There are no user accounts, and we do not use advertising or analytics trackers.
How your idea is processed
To run the panel, your idea is sent to OpenRouter, which forwards it to the AI providers behind the reviewers you chose (for example OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, DeepSeek, xAI, Meta, Mistral, Alibaba, Moonshot, Zhipu, NVIDIA, Cohere and Amazon). These providers process it under their own terms and may be located outside India. Do not submit confidential information, trade secrets or personal data about other people.
Storage and retention
Your idea, the panel responses and the report are held in server memory for up to two hours so you can view and download the PDF, then discarded. They are never written to our database and are also lost if the server restarts. Payment records (described above, with no idea text) are kept in our database and by Razorpay for as long as needed for accounting, tax and dispute purposes. Server logs are kept for a limited period set by our hosting provider.
Who we share data with
Razorpay (payments), Supabase (payment records), OpenRouter and the model providers above (idea processing), and our hosting provider. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so Google sees your IP address when the page loads. We do not sell personal data.
Cookies
Delibra does not set cookies of its own. Razorpay's checkout may set cookies or use similar storage to process and secure payments.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you, or to withdraw consent, under applicable law such as India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and, where it applies, the GDPR. Email pp.techlabs@gmail.com; we may ask you to verify the request with a payment ID. The same address is our grievance contact.
Children
Delibra is not intended for anyone under 18.

We will update this page and its date when practices change.
