The service
Delibra sends your startup or business idea to a panel of AI models and returns a structured report and PDF. By using the site or paying for a run, you agree to these terms. You must be 18 or older.
Opinions, not advice
Outputs are AI-generated opinions. They are not predictions and are not investment, legal, financial or professional advice. AI outputs can be wrong, inconsistent or out of date. You decide what to build and should validate with real customers before committing money or time.
Payments
Every run is paid. Prices are shown in INR or USD at checkout, charged through Razorpay, and include any taxes that apply unless stated otherwise. There is no subscription. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.
Acceptable use
Do not submit unlawful content or content that infringes others' rights, try to overload or abuse the service, bypass payment or rate limits, or try to manipulate the models into unrelated tasks.
Your ideas and reports
You keep ownership of the ideas you submit and of the report generated for you. You give us permission to process your idea, including by sending it to the AI providers described in the privacy policy, solely to deliver your run. Delibra's name, design and software remain ours.
Availability
Model availability changes as providers release or retire models, so the reviewers on offer may change. We may modify or pause the service at any time.
Warranty and liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the run in question, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or business decisions made using a report.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
