How Delibra works: multi-model AI idea validation
Short answer: Delibra asks several leading AI models to review the same idea independently, shows them an anonymised summary of each other's views so they can react, computes the panel's scores and vote in code, and has a moderator write a 12-point report ending in a Kill / Fix / Test / Go all-in verdict.
The method, step by step
- Round 1 — independent review. Each reviewer sees only your idea and returns a two-sentence opinion, five scores from 0 to 10 (demand, competition, pricing risk, feasibility, distribution risk), a suggested price, the top competitor it can name and a lean: kill, fix, test or go.
- Anonymised digest. A moderator model summarises round 1 without naming who said what, together with the combined numbers.
- Round 2 — reactions. Each reviewer reads the digest and updates its view. Delibra records who changed their mind.
- Aggregation in code. Medians for scores and price, a majority vote for the verdict (ties go to the more cautious option) and the most-named competitors. No model is trusted to do arithmetic.
- Report. A moderator separates consensus held before the reveal from signal that appeared only after the reveal; an analyst produces the 12-point report with the panel's numbers overriding its own guesses where they overlap.

Limits you should know about
- Output is AI opinion and estimation, not a prediction and not financial advice.
- Models can share blind spots and can be wrong about local markets. Treat disagreement as a to-do list.
- Real evidence (customer conversations, pre-orders) always outranks the panel. Read the idea validation checklist for how to get it.
Frequently asked questions
Is the Delibra Free Check really free?
Yes. The Free Check needs no card and no account. It is limited to a few runs per person per day and returns part of the report: the verdict, why the idea can fail, the real customer and the painkiller/vitamin/luxury rating. Paid plans return the full 12-point report and a PDF.
What is different between the free and paid reports?
Free includes 3 reviewers, the verdict, failure points, real customer, painkiller/vitamin/luxury rating and the final verdict. Paid plans add the emotional-bias check, money and break-even analysis, competitor threats, positioning, 5 offers, 10 ad hooks, a 7-day plan, red flags, the per-model scoreboard and a downloadable PDF; Deep Review also includes full model transcripts.
Which AI models does Delibra use?
A panel drawn from GPT, Claude, Gemini, DeepSeek, Grok, Llama, Mistral. You choose which reviewers sit on your panel, up to the limit of your plan.
How does Delibra turn model answers into a verdict?
Each reviewer returns structured scores and a lean (kill, fix, test or go). Delibra computes medians and a majority vote in code, with ties resolved toward the more cautious verdict, so the numbers in the report come from the panel rather than from one model's guess.
What happens to my idea text?
Your idea is sent to the AI providers through OpenRouter to generate the review and is kept in server memory for up to two hours so you can view and re-download the result. It is not written to the order database. See the privacy policy for details.
Try it on your own idea — free. The Free Check runs a real panel of AI models on your idea and returns the verdict, the main ways it can fail, who the real customer is and whether it is a painkiller, vitamin or luxury. No card, no sign-up.
